Cara J. Hughes is the Vice President, Customer and Community, for Baldwin Richardson Foods®, the country’s leading global supplier of custom products and ingredients for the food manufacturing industry. Cara is a third-generation entrepreneur and second-generation owner, joining Baldwin Richardson Foods® in 2005. In her current role, Hughes oversees Culinary, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, guiding the company’s community initiatives and ensuring alignment with their philosophy of removing barriers to success and creating opportunities. Through her leadership, Baldwin Richardson Foods® continues to experience double-digit growth year over year while expanding the company’s capabilities and growing strategic relationships.
