Erin Tolefree is President of Baldwin Richardson Foods®, one of the largest Black family-owned and-operated businesses in the food industry. She is a performance-driven visionary with more than two decades of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Erin’s trajectory at the company showcases her commitment, passion for entrepreneurship, and business acumen. She joined Baldwin Richardson Foods in 2001 and quickly demonstrated her ability to build and grow strong customer partnerships. The company also manufactures and markets its own consumer brands, including Mrs. Richardson’s® Ice Cream Toppings and Nance’s® Mustards and Condiments. With four locations across Illinois, New York, and California, Baldwin Richardson Foods® employs nearly 450 people.
